Covid19 Vaccinations
Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust Vaccination teams will be visiting the academy on 10th, 11th, 12th November 2021 (subject to change) to deliver a Coronavirus (Covid-19) Pfizer vaccination to students aged 12-15yrs old.
Student consent forms must be returned by 5th November 2021. If you do not which your child to be immunised please indicate this on the consent form and return it to school.
